This particle filter with activated carbon is specifically designed to fit the Blueair Classic 400 series. It is ideal for environments where gaseous pollutants such as cigarette smoke or volatile organic compounds (VOCs) need to be removed.

Electrostatic Particle Charging
Airborne particles pass through the Blueair purifier’s ion chamber, where they are electrically charged before entering the gradient filter structure. This charge allows pollutants to adhere easily to the filter surface, even capturing ultra-fine particles such as tobacco smoke.
